Doing what you love to lose weight

Finding something physical that you love to do. If you love swimming for example, go swimming. This is a key to losing weight. Do something that you enjoy. This way it won't seem like something painful anymore, which I assume working out is to you. Doing something that you enjoy will make the whole thing pleasurable and that is really the only way that you'll ever keep at it. We are physical beings and I think that we all have love for some type of physical activity.
